Cannot get public wireless Says its dissconnected(I only use public)

wireless Toshiba FN/F8do not work It says driver is okay but... Media dissconnected radio dissconnected WIFI

I have a Toshiba L 7550 - S 5204 Satellite NoteBook~ windows 7 home edition

Its been fine up until 5 days ago. I only use it in public places because we do not have

and cannot afford internet.Ran the c Cleaner,we monkeyed around with the task manager.

The next day I went to my public internet and no WIFI.

the FN/F8 keys do nothing The computer says its driver is fine.

Need it up and working need your help anybody?

Oh sorry the command prompt says Media Disconnected
