Virtual Floppy Drive

Hello, I am trying to work with this virtual floppy drive.

 

http://vfd.sourceforge.net/

 

The floppy drive is been created, I assign a letter to it, and the the app asks to give to it a file.

 

My problem is that I can't understand what kind of file it needs...

Without this file, I can see floppy drive in my computer, but I can't have access to it, because it thinks that

there is no disk in it.

 

Has anyone used this application before?
