Hi there,
i have had a cresta ctp989rx tablet for about 6 month now, for some reason i can not factory reset it, everytime i press the reset butten it does nothing, also google play store does not respond when i tap on it. Can anyone help me i wanna sell the tablet but need to sort it out first.
