Could this laptop run programs such as photoshop and dreamweaver normally without any problems?

Thinking about becoming a web designer and i need an affordable laptop to start.

I just need a laptop that moves fast and doesnt give much problems.

Well, I think that one should be just fine for web design. The problem could be with just 2 GB of RAM this laptop has...
