Hi I belive I have some form of spy app installed on my iPhone 6 I have made contact with Apple an Telstra but they haven't been much of a help to me I have reset my phone settings Without a change the spyware remains on my phone I have been through every part of my phone trying to find it but I can't find the app the person has put on my phone. How do I ?or can I even remove it? Thank you!

what makes you think someone has installed something on your phone? why do you think you're being spied on? when you say you reset your phone settings what do you mean?

I highly doubt you have spyware on your device. Even if you're Jailbroken its not common. Why do you believe there is spyware on your device? If any of your accounts have been compromised, and you do not use a pc it may of been possible someone got your password (s) from being connected to the same wifi as you (mostly on public wifi) via man in the middle attacks, but its not really that common.

 

What is leading you to believe you have spyware on your device? Its really only possible with a jailbreak. You said rhat you "reset settings", where there still apps installed after you did that? If yes, you didn't do what you may of though you did.

Yeah it is very uncommon to get virus's on an iphone, There are no virus builder's for apple devices but computers and android are a whole different story. My phone if jailbroken and i have even made published cydia apps and i am positive you are not infected

 

But i would suggest that you stop using free wifi as man in the middle attacks are very easy these days with the wifi pineapples, and the kali linux. Anyone can do it with a youtube tutorial

I believe you misinterpreted what he meant by "virus builders".
What I think he meant by "virus builders" is tools used to generate a malicious file from a template. Such how R.A.T.s (darkcomet ect) Keyloggers and most other forms of malware that skids can utilize. Not "builders" as in coders. He did say it is uncommon, whcih is correct because skids are unable to utilize these non-existent "builders", utilizing malware for IOS would require actual knowledge instead of a point and click guide, therefore its much more scarce to see malware targeting IOS.
