Hi I recently bought CS:GO as alot of friends suggested me to however after buying it and coming to play it the fps was horrible and all over the place. Here are my specs should I be able to run this with 60fps??

Cpu (amd a4-3420 apu)

Gpu (nvidia Asus gt 730 1gb)

Ram (4gb)

Do I need better computer??

I think your processor (CPU) is your biggest problem, as per system requirements for the game:
