I think your response to Phillpower2's post was a bit ungracious, he was not having a go at you, only pointing out the pitfalls of duplicated posting on the same subject. Your original post has had over 350 viewers, many being tech staff who would have jumped in if they thought off a better/different configuration.
You first said you did not have a budget but if $1500 is now the limit. To keep to that, some form of compromise will be nec.
You can cut down on the core components specs to be able to get 2 monitors, as in Phillpower2's build, or something similar.
I think that would be a mistake as you end up with a weaker build.
