Alright. Uninstall your printer totally, and reinstall it. Probably a corrupted drivers installation, it's possible.

Sorry I have not been able to get back to it until today. I uninstalled it in printers and devices, then I went to programs and features and uninstalled the 3 components that were there. After that I reinstalled it and it is now working. Thank you for your time. It is such a good site for help. I would have given up without your help. Thanks again.

Can I ask what this Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface is for. It did not appear until my printer stopped working. That is why I thought that had something to do with it.

Glad to see that you issue has been solved :) Basically, the Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface is a Microsoft Device used for IPv4 to IPv6 communications translation on a system. However, if your system and network aren't configured to use IPv6 (and most of them aren't) you don't have to worry about it.
