I bought this laptop on Best Buy 2 weeks ago, and I keep getting this error. I tried refreshing my computer, updating the drivers and doing chkdsk, but I keep getting it. Anyone know how I can fix this? I really don't want to return this laptop even if I have warranty.

My laptop:

TOSHIBA Satellite C55D-B

Processor: AMD A8-6410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics

RAM: 4GB

System: 64-bit

Hi nmillien :)

If you bought this laptop only two weeks ago and it's still on the warranty, I suggest you to return it and asks for another one. You pay for a product, do you deserve to get a product that works right away, not one that comes with issues or that you have to fix in order for it to work.

Unfortunately I can't return it since the BB policy is 2 weeks. So I'd really like to fix it.

It seems like it's related to your AMD graphic card drivers. Are you using Windows 8 or Windows 8.1?

8.1. I was thinking about rolling back the drivers. Should I do that?

Did you install the latest AMD APU drivers for your APU or not?

Hm, I'm not sure. Last time I updated them via the Toshiba website before I refreshed my computer yesterday. Is that what you're talking about?

Here, download and install these drivers, the AMD Mobility Radeon™ Driver ones.

http://support.amd.c...indows 8.1 - 64

Once done, restart your laptop and let me know if you get anymore BSODs.
