Hello

I am getting a "tablet" Error message everytime i Restart or shutdown my computer. It says something about 0x0012e818 and "memory could not be written"

Also i have got a black screen with "No OS found" Insert Start up disk and hit enter error message on start up. I have an External Seagate Hard Drive connected and have noticed that if i turn the power off on that when i am booting I don't get that message.

I am not good at this sort of thing. Any help would be great.

Thanks!

Hi avoidperil, and welcome to G2G.

Is 0x0012e818 the exact code for the error message? If it isn't could you please copy down the exact code and post it here? Thanks.

Thanks

It says:

Tablet.exe - Application Error
The Instruction at "0x0012e181" Referenced Memory at "0x00000000". The Memory could not be "written".
Click on OK to terminate the Program
Click on Cancel to Debug the Program

But if I hit OK or Cancel It still just Finishes with Shutdown or Restart
