ghost recon future soldier installation error

when i install my friends retail copy of ghost recon future soldier an error message pops up saying "Runtime error at 119:530 access violation at address 10001136. Read of address 00000000." but it installs fine on his pc.

Pc specs
Intel core i3
asus geforce gt 630. The silent edition/version thingy
4gb ram
Windows 7 enterprise sp1

I tried sfc scannow on cmd but it didnt fix the problem.
i updated everything
framework, c++, directx.
