Hi. I have attempted to go through all of the steps listed in the "before you post a hijack this log" thread; however, I am unable to update antivirus definitions for AVG, Ewido, or Norton. I have run the Windows CleanUp , adaware, and antivirus (including housecall online scan) programs. Nothing has been found, but I know there is a huge problem. Each time I try to update any security software, the program being used stops responding. I have attempted to resolve the problem using all other methods because I realize how busy you all are, but I am running out of time. Here is my Hijack This Log. Any help you might be able to give me will be greatly appreciated.
