I'm also asking for a list of installed programs, which the dxdiag log doesn't provide, hence why I asked for the MiniToolBox log. Well, if you're not interested in getting assisted, allow me to discontinue my assistance to you then. Have a good day and good luck with your issue
If you'd take two seconds out of your day, you would realize that the material in the OP, and I quote:

Is what you will get from a minitool box report that's relevant to my problem.
Coecoo,
Just out of curiosity, what version of Skype are you running?
It seems there have been some incidents where people needed to downgrade to an older version (4.2.0.187 and not allowing any update), and that solved their problem.
Alternatively, upgrading to Version 6.6.0.106 helped another person.
I don't know if OP will be coming back for further assistance, but perhaps this can help someone else doing a google search on a similar issue. =)
Good luck!
Skype does no longer allow such steep "downgrading" of their client and people who try to run such old versions will have no luck trying to log in on an account.
