Error When Installing Software

I am trying to install some software and I'm getting the following error message:

internal error: failed to expand shell folder constant "userdocs"

I have checked online for a solution and nothing is working. It was recommended that I open my Documents Properties and restore the default location as well as un-check the Read-Only button. This did not solve the problem.

I have had no problem installing other software before this.

During your online search, did the following link not help solve the problem?

Good luck!
