If I uninstall both and delete everything connected to them (files, folders, register) and re-install them - could it help?

But it's happens only when this browser starts, when I open new tab it's ok. I don't get it. I can live without this two browsers , so I'll try to remove them, re-install and if it's not works I remove them forever.
