hello i was reading a previous posting about connection issues to game servers  world of tanks team speak steam 

 

I have  tried the firewall disabling

the antivirus disabling and allowances

 

i have followed the instructions posted http://www.geekstogo...gaming-servers/  

 

 

when u run the     netsh int ip reset  and  netsh winsock reset it just flashes for a second on screen and disappears are you supposed to see something happen?
