Please let me know what files I need to submit again?

The very odd thing is that this time I am having trouble to reboot my computer, it couldn't pass through the initial screen and keep on restarting by itself. Until I unplug the power and waited for a minute, then I am able to boot into safe mode and restart into normal mode.

Is it hardware problem or virus still inside my computer?

Thanks for your help.

Hi adrian8311 -

Since you were cleared of malware, open up a topic in the Windows Vista forum to see if they are able to assist with your current issues. If they suspect you have malware again they will send you back. You can reference the malware topic in your post to them.
