I know this might sound stupid but is it ok to have sp2 i have firefox as my browser i'm a newbie thanx in advance

SP2 and FireFox should get along nice.
A lot of people use that combination.

thanx i was trying to find a specific place to download sp2 i went to microsft but couldn't find a download spot. I have syegate as my firewall and i went into my activity logs and i found this message Application Hijacking has been detected
The application: C:\Documents and Settings\frank\Desktop\BOBlitzInstall.exe try to launch another application: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe to go to remote host www.gamesbanner.net i have killbox and i copied andd pasetd the location to try and delete this program i also went into my control panel and the add remove program and tried to remove that program and i couldn't find it i downloaded bejewel yesterday but i uninstall the program after i finished playing thanx in advance for any help you can give me on this matter

The warning describes what happened.

The program BOBlitzInstall.exe was executed and tried to connect to that site it mentions.
In these cases they always choose what Windows has down as your default browser. (In your case Firefox)

Whether this was malicious or justified is up to you to decide.
It could just have been checking for updates.
