i'm having trouble accessing my at&t locker account, & was wondering if anyone here uses this program, or is familiar with it. i'm trying to determine if it's just my account or if everyone is experiencing this issue.
when i attempt to log in, it asks for an at&t wireless phone number & won't let me proceed untill i enter it. i,ve never had at&t wireless service. this problem just started recently, & i'm at a loss. thanks

Honestly, since this is a service that you pay for, contact them and complain, threaten to take your business elsewhere and demand a refund, request to speak with a manager from the start. That will usually get them going,... I recently had a spat with comcast and wound up with two months free, because they tried to sneak some extra charges onto my bill.
