boot manager missing , no system image , no installations found

Hello, I recently tried to factory reset a Dell vostro laptop , when all was done , I ended up with boot manager error , I have tried to fix with system repair disc , but all to no avail , any help would be greatly appreciated

Apologies for the delay;

 

Can I just confirm whether or not you are referring to having tried using a Dell Recovery Partition and by following the steps here

 

What caused you to try doing a factory restore in the first place, a slow or unbootable computer for example.

 

Additionally, can I ask what type of "system repair disc" you have, what happened when you tried to use it and did you change the boot sequence in the BIOS to DVD/CD drive first and the HDD second.
