Accidental factory reset

I have no back up disk, however, do have a repair disk. It is asking me to set up for first use. Don't know how to fix this. Computer came with no disks because bought used from resell shop. Help

Hi katyfs :)

If the Factory Reset has already been done, you cannot un-do it sadly. You'll have to go with the "new" installation that has been set. And a repair disk won't help you go back to a previous installation as well.
