My computer will often bring this up:

 

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

 

_CrtDbgReport: String too long or IO Error

 

And it closes all my internet applications as well as when i loom over an icon its background turns black and im not able to click on anything including icons.

If anyone has any info, please help. Im in dire need of it.
