All windows collapses, if the explorer fails. Microsoft must invest more to prevent failures .
The real business of windows is the service. A windows user lives in fear of the following:
1. Number of open windows
2. Virus
3. Damage the windows if I upgrade ?
4. Blue Screen
5. Bugs
6. My machine is slow , very slow.

Hi Rockmilk, I am only able to start in safe mode. I will however try to do a clean boot and come back to you.

Okay Rockmilk,

I have been able to open in safe mode and then performed a clean boot install and it worked and opened up my PC.

I then tried to start normally and the machine would not start.
