So my daughter has a Dell laptop that  she just got back from her mothers house.  It's been down there for nearly a year and it runs HORRIBLY.  We bought her a different one, but want to give this one to the next child.  We tried restoring it, but there are no save points.  Can someone tell me how to make this like new again?  Reset it, fix it, whatever works quickest.  As long as it starts with internet My son will be thrilled!

Thanks in advance :)

How to restore a dell computer to factory condition.  The link below will explain how to restore it  to factory condition. As an alternate you can have the malware team here look over the machine and clean it from malware and then come back to this thread and I can give you some pointers on how to speed it up. :)
