Welcome to GeeksToGo :tazz: My name is Tom and I will be helping you with your problems today. I have reviewed your log and there are some things we need to take care of. Also I need you to print a copy of this post so you can use it later in the fix.

You are running HijackThis from its zipped archive; please create a new folder for it and unzip the program into it. It is very important you do this before anything else!

Also you need to download CWShredder Here. After downloading install the CWShredder and make sure to update it.
Now run CWShredder. When it finds the problems click fix, and let it fix everything it finds.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Please reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode

Be sure you're able to view hidden files, Using Windows Explorer, locate the following folders, and delete them if found:

C:\windows\system32\kalvxxp32.exe

Exit Explorer, and reboot as normal afterwards.


If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log in this same topic, and let us know how your system's working. ;):
