Hi, i have an AMD Athlon 64 3000+ OC to 2.2Ghz. I have been reading lots of OC post/forums and one key idea that rises from them all is cooling. But i am a total noob when it comes to cool and HSF. My question is do i need a special HSF for my Amd or can i get any one? Also how would i cool my Vid Card?

Thanks
Chris.

There is plenty of options you could go. Just find out your cpu socket and look on a site for a cpu fan for that socket. Many cpu fans support more than one socket and they come with adapters to fit different sockets.

As long as the cpu fan supports your socket your fine.

For a video card fan upgrade, you need to know your make/model and its easy to find one for that particular card. Or you could find a universal fit one for you video card.

Here is an example of one for your make card, i looked in your profile
