Hi there. I am very new here to this forum. I just got some very amazing help from someone here in helping me get rid of a bad virus, and I'm so grateful. What a great website.

 

I was wondering if it is just help in malware and viruses, or is there other tech help? I have a wireless printer and it is not working right now. This happened a few weeks ago and I emailed Canon and they sent a long email which walked me through a process and helped me get it working again. But now after about a week or two, out of the blue, it stopped working again. I tried doing what the Canon email said, again, but apparently that is not the same issue this time. So I really have no idea how to get it printing again. I was wondering if there is any area here in this forum to get that kind of tech help?
