Hi guys!

So, I am surfing web or playing on my PC, then suddenly of nowhere my internet stops working. I have to go "Troubleshoot problems" and it says "Reset the "Local Area Connection" adapter..." and then "Default gateway not available ........ Fixed". But something triggers this problem. For instance, I am trying to get 2 friends to join my Minecraft server, they join, hang out for 5 seconds, and then my internet stops.
Can you help me please?

 

EDIT: I just realized that this happens after an incoming / outgoing connection is established. For example, I used Teamviewer to connect to another PC and after 5 minutes, same problem

Did it, but Java was outdated because of a conflict with a game I play, Minecraft, it doesn't work with Java 8.

No problem. I would like to see an Autoruns log too, and you have two weird devices in the Device Manager as well.

Autoruns - Start-up Entries
Follow the instructions below to give me an Autoruns log containing your start-up entries:

• Download Autoruns.zip from the Sysinternals Suite webpage;
• Extract the content of the Autoruns.zip folder where you want, then go in the folder, right-click on Autoruns.exe and select Run as Administrator;
• Accept the EULA on opening, then wait for all the entries to load;
• Click on File then Save and save the file to a location easily accessible;
• Go on ge.tt and upload the Autoruns file you saved;
• Once done, post the download URL of your uploaded file in your next reply;

Now you'll re-open Autoruns with Admin Rights, and I want you to delete the entries below. To delete an entry, right-click on it and select Delete. Their Autorun Entry (column) name are listed below and they'll all be highlighted in yellow.

Once done, go in the Device Manager. Find the devices MpKsl2bd36b43 and MpKsldf340c93, right-click on them and select Uninstall.

Follow the instructions below for your version of Windows to open the Device Manager;

• On Windows XP, right-click on My Computer, then go to the Hardware tab and click on Device Manager;
• On Windows Vista and Windows 7, open the Windows Start Menu, right-click on Computer and select Properties;

After I removed those two weird things from the Autoruns, they didn't appear anymore in the Device Manager where they were before.

That's good. Do you know your computer/laptop brand and model? Or if it's a custom built, your motherboard brand and model? Also, are you using a wired or wireless connection?

I know that my motherboard is an ASUS P5L 1394, I have a computer and I also have a wired connection.

The point is that when the internet is not working on my PC, it is working just fine on my other devices connected by wireless to the same network, for instance my phone
