I don't know much of anything about how computers work and the terminology regarding computer hardware, so bear with me.

My older brother recently switched my broken graphics card for a new one, as well as added another stick of RAM to my computer. Everything was fine for about 10 minutes, then suddenly the computer froze completely and a buzzing sound was coming from my headphones. I reset the computer manually and now it won't boot up. It freezes at the "Press TAB to show POST screen,DEL to enter SETUP, ALT+F to enter AWDFLASH" screen.

Help would be much appreciated.

Please provide information about your computer, this includes is it a notebook or desktop, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if it is a brand name provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the MB, Ram (including the amount) add on video card and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable us to better assist you.
