my modem is fine,just my desktop cant connect the wifi or router cable..pls help me solve it..

Just to help us get started on troubleshooting your issue, please answer some questions for us!

1) Did it ever work normally? How long has the problem been happening?

2) If so, did anything change between the time it functioned normally and when you first noticed a problem? (updated drivers, hardware/software installation, etc?)

3) What is the brand/model of the computer? What OS are you running?

4) Does this problem only occur with your wifi, or also with a hardline connection?
