Hello, 

I need help with adjusting my new hard drive on Win7. 

I connected it already and the disk manager can see it, but the problem is 

that I see the drive splitted one park is 2TB and the other is around 700GB and I can activate 

only the big part of 2TB and the other one just don't give me the option when I right click it. 

What am I missing?

I suggest you to convert your hard drive to GPT to be able to use it's full size in a single partition. You can follow the instructions in the tutorial below to proceed:

Thank you very much. That was much easier than I thought. 

If you don't mind answering me another question, Is there I difference for me as a common user, 

Movies, music etc after I did this?

The different is that using a GPT partionned hard drive allows you to use partitions of more than 2TB of size, while using a MBR partitionned hard drive only allows you to create partitions of 2TB and less. So no, you won't notice any real differences
