just a few days ago my pc crashed bsod but the dmp file was never created today it did it again randomly while watching netflix it did however create a dump file this time and i need some help finding the issue, dmp is included in the post

 

any help is greatfull thanks

Dump points to mbamservice.exe which is part of Malwarebytes Anti Malware.

 

Do you have the free or the Pro/Premium version?

 

In either case, uninstall it then download and install the latest version, see if that resolves the problem.

its the proversion i have and ill do that its only happened 2 times so far so its not major but i waned to find out what it was ill uninstall and redownload tomorrow and see if it happens again thanks alot

I also use the Pro version and so far have not had any BSODs.
