I have an issue on one of our users machines.

Lotus notes Bookmarks.nsf is constantly corrupting, were talking every 24 hours.

Everytime this happens I have to delete bookmarks.nsf and let it recreate one, now the issue it causes is that all of the frames / buttons in notes disappear and also the tabs etc (everything that's stored in bookmarks).
I have tried the following:

1: deleting all NSF files and cache files including desktop6.ndk then running the setup again

2: tried various mail templates, fixups, etc on mailfile

3: Uninstalled notes and deleted all folders relating to it then installed notes again restoring none of the old files.

Still corrupts after a few days, It seems like it must be something else causing this to happen.

Please has anyone had this issue before?

OS is windows xp sp3
client Lotus Notes R7.0.2

In such situation below steps can be helpful...

Run Fixup command line tool (fixup -f)

Load fixup -i mail\xxx.nsf

Fixup command line tool checks all documents in the database.

Run Compact command line tool (compact -i -c -d -K)

Load compact -c -i mail\xxx.nsf
