At the moment I can't get on line, I keep getting the message Dell Wireless WLAN Card is disabled. Can anyone advise me how to correct this please. Thanks.

Hi Jantie3 :)

Do you know your laptop/computer brand and model? You probably hit the Function key that controls your WLAN card and disabled it, or the switch on the side that disables it.

My lap top is a Dell Inspiron, windows Vista. I have looked for a switch but can't find one. Any ideas please?

Do you have a product name? It should be under the laptop or under the battery on a sticker.

May be one of the alternate actions on one of the Fn keys.

 

On my Dell Inspiron 15R it's Fn+F2 to toggle the wireless off and on.
