Having looked at the Speccy log and a couple of the latest dump files (both showed the same culprit**) I strongly suspect the cause of the problem is that there are multiple Firewall/toolbar relate... Go to the full post »

Well thank you very much! I'll let you know if anything else happens. Couldn't have done it without you! I assumed it was Norton, but I wasn't really sure how I would go about fixing it. Like I said you guys have always been very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again and take care!
