[deftones1012]

this is a family computer and its been having some problems, i was just wondering if someone could check my hijackthis log. my spyware removal programs detect these but cant remove them and i just recently got a virus scan so im not sure if i have some bad thigns on here. i would really appreciate the help and thanks alot. here's my log.

*Extract the program to your desktop and double-click on its folder, then double-click on Killbox.exe to start the program.
*In the killbox program, select the Delete on Reboot option.

Click Start > Run type services.msc > OK
In the list of services find:
System Startup Service (SvcProc)
Rightclick that line and choose Properties.
On the General tab Stop and set the service to disabled.
In HijackThis click Config > Misc Tools > Delete an NT service
In the dialog box paste: [b]SvcProc

and delete:
C:\WINDOWS\isrvs <= entire folder

Boot back to normal and post a new log.

I just have a quick question. I started doing the killbox part and when I copied those items from the clipboard the first one didnt appear on the list and I was thinking maybe because there wasn't a "C" before the ":". I was just making sure if it wasn't a typo or something before I got started, thanks alot. Here's the list of items i'm talking about.
