Can not get into windows 7 or safe mode.  In Recovery Manager it can not find a restore point and does not allow me the System Recovery option.  Computer Check doesnt really help either except I can get to a command prompt that says:  x:\Windows\RM  but I have no idea what to do from here?

1) What is the brand/model of the computer?

2) How long has this problem been occurring?

3) Has it ever worked properly?

4) If so, did any change occur between the time it worked and stopped working?  (update drivers, hardware/software install, etc?)
