Hi there, I m new to all this so I hope i explain this ok, basically years ago i boughtt a device that transfer's vhs tapes to dvd,I have tried to install the cd (software) and although its in the devices list, when i plug in the leads to carry on the installation it is saying that it has no driver, so.... does that mean the software is out of date? and is there a way i can update it, or is there something on the laptop i need to do to make it work, I have been trying this for nearly 2 days now, thanks for any advice ;)

what model of the device do you have? is it the  DC60+ ?

if I've found the right device, their site claims that you need a newer model than that for newer versions of windows
