After a mini crisis at our household, I have what seems a ton of medical papers to fill out and send in.  To get around the hand labor and illegible at times handwriting,   is there a free software for creating pdfs from files copied onto my computer.  I have CutePDFwriter but that only prints pdfs that are already in existence.  I use scansoft to copy documents but of course can't enter info after that.

You may try Foxit Reader PDF Creator or PDF Convertor if you wish to convert them online.

Thank you for the suggestion but I don't believe they will actually let me work on a form that I copy into a file.  I tried the Foxit one earlier but that doesn't work.  I will check out the second one.   Free is probably not available.

CutePDF can absolutely positively create PDF files, yes it installs a print driver, by doing that it will create a PDF file from ANY PROGRAM that will print.

Have a look on youtube, plenty of tutorials.
