why is my screen all black, after installing AMD Catalyct driver ?

i couldn't use any windows aero and more settings so i installed drivers and direct X so they help maybe,and i installed amd catalyct driver and it said restart your pc . so i clicked ok cause i didn't do anything.after restart i saw my pc starting system and i didn't see desktop or anything.i restarted again pushing a button in real world and started safe mode.and i started cmd in safe mode and uninstalled all amd drivers so i could install it all again and after that i started and it didnt work on normal windows startup.and now i'm alwayson safe mode trying to download drivers and starting the normal windows startup and nothing.
