mcafee security center wont run....

hey i have had this problem so i reformatted and then today i got the problem again. im running windows xp home and mcafee 8.0 outta the box and i went to scan for viruses today and it said i had to verify my subscription and so i did and it said it did and i closed the window and went to open just mcafee security center and i get the following error as show in the photo below. i reinstalled it and everything and get the same errors. any tips here?
