Any idea on how to permanently get rid of this specific Spy-ware?? I run adaware and Microsoft anti-spyware but somehow this one keeps slipping by! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure to run Adaware and Microsoft Anti-Spyware in safe mode. If you run them in safe mode anyway then you will find the following link helpful for manually removing BroadcastPC:
