I am building a PC with these specs
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
Motherboard: MSI H81M-E34
Ram: 8gb Crucial Balistic Sport
Hardrive: 1tb WD Blue
Case: Fractal Design Core 1100
Graphics Card: GeForece GTX 750ti
Power: Cosair 550w

Does this look good like does everything fit it the case doesn't if have enough power etc.

As long as the Ram is 2 Xs 4GB sticks of 1.5V 1600MHz I see no compatibility or assembly issues and the PSU has an adequate output for your listed hardware.

The CPU is better but other than that no real difference. 

 

Avoid using a single 8GB stick of Ram and go for 2 Xs 4GB sticks instead, if one stick fails you can still use the computer with a single 4GB stick something you would not be able to do if a single 8GB stick fails or is DOA.

 

FWIW: Neither list of parts will be a prolific gaming rig, what is the intended use.
