Help request for strange section in the Hijack maybe a malware or Root

Good afternoon,

 

I'm writing because I think I have something not ok in my Pc.

I started the HIJACKthis and inside i have as forwarded below:

 

O15 - ProtocolDefaults: '@ivt' protocol is in My Computer Zone, should be Intranet Zone
O15 - ProtocolDefaults: 'file' protocol is in My Computer Zone, should be Internet Zone
O15 - ProtocolDefaults: 'ftp' protocol is in My Computer Zone, should be Internet Zone
O15 - ProtocolDefaults: 'http' protocol is in My Computer Zone, should be Internet Zone
O15 - ProtocolDefaults: 'https' protocol is in My Computer Zone, should be Internet Zone

Can someone help me how to clean the above sections ?

 

I'm trying, trying but they do not wont to be get deleted.

 

I 've tried also through the regedit, etc... malwarantibyte; SpyHunter4, but no success
 

Attached I enclose ther report of the FARBAR
