Keylogger problem

Let's say that I think I have a keylogger on my computer but I'm not 100% sure and I have read in some other post on this forum and he mentioned a program that you can run and it will make keyloggers useless and they won't capture any of the buttons you push down on your keyboard, does a program like this exist?
