Resizing for iphone etc

Hi, can anyone give me some advice on how to work some code into my site so that it will resize depending on the screen that it is being viewed on?

 

This is the site  but I want the video and logo to resize on iphone etc so that the image is always at the centre of the screen and resizes to fit.

 

I hope I have explained this ok, any help would be massively appreciated!!
