Hi guys.
I'm Looking for a software that makes my Laptop ( windows 8.1 ) into a wireless hotspot which grants me access to manage the wireless users. all i want to do is that i can manage the internet traffic usage of my little brother at home. His connection is directly to the wifi internet router and i want to restrict his consuming of the internet traffic through the laptop!
Does anybody have any suggestion?
