Let me know. We still need to uninstall all the tools I had you download. I'll keep the thread open.

Run adwCleaner again.
Do a scan, click logfile, click clean. Post the adwCleaner [so].txt log.

Then

Run JRT again and post that log.

Looks like Malwarebytes took care of the audio ads or at least deleted the related files. Are you still having the issue?

I have not had any problems yet. I will leave my computer running and get back with you later.

The problems are completely gone.

Hello,

Dell fix will remove everything.

Download DelFix by Xplode and save it to your desktop.
  • Run the tool by right click on the 51a5ce45263de-delfix.png icon and Run as administrator option.
  • Make sure that these ones are checked:
    • Remove disinfection tools
    • Purge system restore
    • Reset system settings
  • Push Run.
  • The program will run for a few seconds and display a notepad report.
    Paste it for my review.

This ticket will be closed now.

You usually get infected because your security settings are too low.

Here are a number of recommendations that will help tighten them, and which will contribute to making you a less likely victim:
