Hello, thank you for your help with registration on your Facebook page, I greatly appreciate it. Here are the issues I am having on laptop.

I hope you can help, that would be great .

Right now when I am typing this, it is difficult to type, every letter  freezes.

When I type the text often times splits and letters would be placed randomly in the text.

The typing of the text often times is stopped suddenly and I cant to type at all.

The mouse pointer moves over words, links, pages link get redirected.

If I would be reading something suddenly something would start opening which I didn't open at all.

Then there is a problem with dots, the dot would be placed in the middle of the typing, letters get missing when I type as well, also numbers, I click on the key but it just wont type. Problems with the Paint program when I would take a print screen of what's happening I cant add text suddenly or cant write the full title, I would type and suddenly the typing gets cut off, the tools in the paint program would stop working.

When I save files the mouse pointer is pointing on other folders or files and the name of that file or folder would be picked up and placed in the title instead. These are just the issues I can remember right away. I installed Malwarebytes previously but nothing showed up. Today I was reading your forum and the topic about malware removal and installed Kaspersky security tools, I am running the virus scanner right now.

I also ran the security scan, and it mentioned some autorun problems and that the firewall was not turned on, I am going to try to copy the report and paste it here, I just don't want to close this because I don't want this to get lost, I tried to open the security scan but couldn't, got the message because the other application is running.
