Hello,

Your Firefox browser is out of date:
In the Firefox browser, click help, click "About Firefox" and up-date from there.

Defragment your hard drive soon!

To defragment your hard disk

Open Disk Defragmenter by clicking the Start button In the search box, type Disk Defragmenter, and then, in the list of results, click Disk Defragmenter.

Under Current status, select the disk you want to defragment. For you that will be "C"  Defragment could take a long time just let it run over nite if necessary.

Let me know how things are.

Firefox has been updated. I am not finding a disk defragmenter; only Disk Cleanup. Would this be the same thing under a different name?

Hello,

Try defrag this way,

Choose Start→Control Panel→System and Maintenance and then click Defragment Your Hard Drive in the Administrative Tools.

The Disk Defragmenter window opens and begins analyzing your computer to determine how fragmented it is.

If you have User Account Control enabled on your computer, you'll see a message box asking if you're sure you want to go to the Disk Defragmenter. Just click Continue to open the Disk Defragmenter window.

Additional information below if needed,

http://www.dummies.c...dows-vista.html

Let me know when that finishes might take a long time.

Thanks
Joe :)

Hello,

Very odd indeed ! I thought we were moving along very well..

Is something stuck in the keyboard perhaps? Is it a USB keyboard or wireless ? Have you rebooted to see if the keyboard issues goes away ? If not try it.

What is the make an model of this computer ?

Thanks
Joe
